Are you experiencing burnout, lack of passion, over-thinking, anxiety or some sort of blockage that is stopping you from performing your greatest?

We all care about a six-pack body but a six-pack mind is more incredible. It's going to help you bounce back. Essentially, that is, resilience and it's one of the most important traits you can acquire in life. It's going to guide you through any sort of shit you're in and will come across.

So, I've culminated a condensed package of what I've learned. I used to be that kid that couldn't handle anything. I would get bullied and life would throw some epic curveballs at me.I was beaten down and it was very hard to get up. Your mind just takes over.

Luckily, I've managed to bounce back to a whole new level. Doing some of the craziest endurance events like 12hr swims. many 24hr runs, and even an ultramarathon on Mt Everest.

I would not be here today without the adversity that I went through, to be honest. There's were suicidal tendencies. Alot of depression and anxiety to go along with it. However, I've managed to figure out how to use all that chatter in my mind to harness anything I want to achieve.

Did you know there's even ways to simulate adversity? So, when you come across you're trusting the situation. That is because, in a tough decision, it's fear vs trust. Usually fear, is some sort of uncertainty that we're super worried about. And, we don't end up doing it and that's fear of failure. Which leads to regret. It becomes this vicious cycle that bites you in the ass. So, there's a way you can trust things so if you come across something life-threatening, you're more accustomed to fear because you're simulating it around you at a very small level that
the fear is bearable.

 

I'm able to give myself alot more resilience. So, when I come across these "OH SHIT" moments in life, I can push past them.

So, I've been asked for the last couple months, "Tofe, can you help me, coach me, make a program?" And I want to help as many as possible.
